About Luna Luce
Luna Luce is an AI-native real estate media studio in Kerala, India, founded by Arjun Vinod with co-founder Aswin Vinod. It makes cinematic property films from existing listing photographs, and it is building the software to let others do the same.
01 · Why it exists
A listing usually has a set of photographs and nothing more. Video helps a buyer understand how a home flows from room to room, but a shoot needs a crew, a day on site and a budget that most listings never get.
Luna Luce starts from the photographs that already exist and gives them back their motion. There is no reshoot and no site visit, so a listing can have a film in days, from anywhere.
The work runs on an AI-native pipeline: Claude Code orchestrates production, specialist models generate the motion and the sound, and a person directs and reviews every film. That same pipeline is becoming a product, Luna Luce Create, so agents and developers can direct their own films.
