01 Who is responsible

Luna Luce (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a real estate media studio based in Kerala, India, and a sole proprietorship of Arjun Vinod, registered as the enterprise LUNA LUCE. It operates lunaluce.studio, and Arjun Vinod, as proprietor, is responsible for the personal data described here. You can reach us any time at hello@lunaluce.studio.

02 What we collect

When you send a brief or write to us

• your name, email address, and phone or WhatsApp number if you give it;
• your company or agency name, and a website or portfolio link;
• the property location, a rough count of your photos, and how many films you need;
• a link to your photographs, if you provide one (for example a Drive, Dropbox or listing URL);
• the notes, and the package you configured on the pricing page, if any.

When you join the Luna Luce Create early-access list

• your name and email address, and your consent to be emailed about Create;
• optionally, your role, your country, and what you would use Create for.

When we make your film

The forms on this site never upload photographs. You share them by link or email, and we hold the photographs, scripts, feedback and any other material you send for the purpose of producing your work. Photographs can show people, number plates or personal belongings; please tell us if anything in them needs special care.

What we receive automatically

Like any website, our host records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in server logs used to run and secure the site. On the pricing page, your browser asks our host which country your connection comes from, so we can show prices in rupees or dollars; we do not store that answer. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

03 How we use it

• to reply to your brief and prepare a plan and a price;
• to produce, revise and deliver your film and related media;
• to keep in touch about your project and answer your questions;
• if you joined the early-access list, to email you about Luna Luce Create, and nothing else;
• to run, secure and improve the website.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example under the EU and UK GDPR), we rely on taking steps at your request and performing our contract with you, on our legitimate interest in running the studio and responding to enquiries, and on your consent for the early-access list. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

04 Who helps us process it

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with the service providers that make the site and the studio work, each acting for us:

Running the website and talking to you

• Web3Forms receives your brief or early-access request and emails it to our studio inbox.
• Hostinger hosts our email at lunaluce.studio.
• Vercel hosts the website, keeps the server logs described above and answers the country lookup for prices.
• Amazon CloudFront delivers the video and images on the site.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces the site uses, which involves a request from your browser to Google's servers.

Producing your film

• Anthropic (Claude): production is organised in Claude Code, so your brief, scripts and, where needed for planning, your photographs may be processed by Claude.
• Higgsfield generates the motion clips from your photographs.
• ElevenLabs generates narration from the script you approve, and music.

These production providers process material under their own terms. Some of those terms allow a provider to use content to improve its models. If your photographs or other material must not be used that way, tell us before your project starts and we will agree how to proceed before anything is processed.

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights. If the studio is ever transferred to new ownership, data may pass with it under this same policy.

05 Cookies and browser storage

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site keeps a small flag in your browser's session storage only to run the page transition between pages smoothly. It never leaves your device and is not used to track you.

06 How long we keep it

We keep briefs and project material for as long as we need them to work with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer follow-ups, handle revisions and meet legal and accounting obligations. When they are no longer needed we delete or anonymise them. Early-access details are kept until early access ends or you ask us to remove them. Providers keep data under their own retention policies; when you ask us to delete your material, we also ask the providers that hold it to delete it, where they allow it.

07 Your rights

Because we work with people around the world, the exact rights you have depend on where you live. Wherever you are, you can ask us to access the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it.

These rights are recognised under laws such as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the EU and UK GDPR, and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). If you are in California, note that we do not sell or share your personal information and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

To exercise any right, write to hello@lunaluce.studio. We will respond within the time the applicable law allows.

08 Security and international transfers

We take reasonable measures to protect your data and work only with established providers. Provider accounts and keys are kept on the studio side and are never exposed on this website. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our providers operate globally, so your data may be stored or processed in countries other than your own, including outside India, the EU and the UK. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses our providers offer.

09 Children

The site and service are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site, our tools or the law change. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date it was last updated shown above. If Luna Luce Create launches, it will have its own privacy terms.
