Claude Code
by Anthropic
Drafts shot plans and generation prompts, calls the motion and audio tools through MCP connectors, and keeps each job's files and steps in order. It runs on the studio's machine, operated by the founder.
LiveTechnology · how a film is made today
Luna Luce turns listing photographs into cinematic property films with an AI-native production pipeline. Claude Code orchestrates each job, specialist models generate the motion and the sound, and a person reviews every shot before a client sees it. This page sets out what runs today, what does not exist yet, and how the property is kept honest.
01 · Live today
Every Studio film follows the same path. Claude Code is the workbench: it turns the brief into a shot plan and per-shot prompts, calls the generation tools through connectors, and keeps each job in order. The decisions stay with a person.
The client sends the photographs the listing already has, by link or email. We check that they can be used and that every room reads.
Who Client and studio
The shot plan is drafted with Claude Code: the order of the stills, a camera move and a duration for each, matched to the treatment. A person approves it.
Who Claude Code drafts · studio approves
Each still is corrected for exposure, colour, verticals and window detail. Nothing permanent is added to or removed from the property.
Who Studio
Every approved still becomes several short candidate clips through image-to-video models on Higgsfield, prompted to move the camera, never the building.
Who Higgsfield generates · called from Claude Code
A person watches every candidate, rejects any clip that bends a wall, moves a door or invents a feature, then sequences and grades the keepers.
Who Studio
A music bed, and optional narration from a script the client approves, generated with ElevenLabs and mixed under the cut.
Who ElevenLabs generates · client approves the script
A final pass for pacing, light and sound, a watermarked preview for review, then masters in widescreen and vertical, up to 4K. Typically 3–5 days in all.
Who Studio
Generation steps (04, 06) run in the studio's own provider accounts. Nothing on this website calls a generation service.
02 · Roles
The tools do the heavy lifting. The judgement does not move.

LiveMotion
image-to-video models
Turns each approved still into candidate clips: a push into the living room, a slow pan across the kitchen. Used through the studio's own Higgsfield account.
LiveSound
voice and music
Music beds, and narration voiced with AI voices from a script the client approves. No real person's voice is cloned without their written consent.

Arjun Vinod, founder & proprietor
Reviews every candidate clip, makes the cut, grades the film and signs off delivery. Nothing reaches a client without that pass.
Every film03 · Accuracy
Generative video can drift: a door that slides, a window that multiplies, a room that grows. A buyer should never be misled by a frame we deliver, so every clip passes a person against the original photograph.
We reject any clip that
Virtual staging and sky or day-to-dusk changes are separate services, and they are disclosed. The full rules are in the AI media and visual accuracy policy.
04 · Privacy and security
05 · Today and next
Claude Code operating a studio is not the same as software built on the Claude API. Today there is no customer-facing software: no accounts, no uploads, no self-service generation. Luna Luce Create is where that changes. Until it ships, the Studio is how to get a film.
Planned Architecture for Luna Luce Create · not running in production
Provider keys stay server-side. Every paid generation is estimated and approved before it runs, with per-project budgets.
Live today
A managed service. You send photos, the studio runs the pipeline above with Claude Code and the generation tools, and you review a watermarked preview before paying the balance.
