01 Who we are

Luna Luce (“Luna Luce”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an AI-native real estate media studio based in Kerala, India. We turn the still photographs a property listing already has into cinematic films and related media. This website at lunaluce.studio presents that service and lets you send us a brief.

Luna Luce is a sole proprietorship of Arjun Vinod, its founder and proprietor, registered as the enterprise LUNA LUCE on 11 July 2026. When you commission work, your agreement is with Arjun Vinod, trading as Luna Luce.

In these terms, “you” and “client” mean the person or business using the site or commissioning work.

02 The service

We produce cinematic video and related media from photographs you supply. A typical project runs as follows:

• You send a brief through the site or by email, with rough details of the property and your photos.
• We reply, usually within 24 hours, with a plan and a firm price.
• You share your photographs, confirm the price, and pay the deposit to book the work (section 07).
• We produce the film and deliver it as a watermarked preview (the full film, marked and at review quality) for your review and the revisions included in your package.
• When you approve the film, you pay the balance and we release the final film: the clean, full-resolution master, with no watermark, plus any social cuts in your package.

Prices shown on the site are indicative. The price for your project is the one we confirm in writing before work begins. We work with clients worldwide, remotely: you send your photographs online and we deliver digitally, so there is no shoot to attend and nothing to ship.

03 AI-assisted production

Our films are made with AI tools under human direction. Production is orchestrated with Claude Code; image-to-video models create the motion from your stills; AI voices and AI music may be used for sound. The tools and their roles are described on our technology page, and the providers that process your material are listed in our privacy policy.

A person reviews every shot and approves every delivery, and we follow our AI media and visual accuracy policy. Generative tools can produce similar results for different users, so we do not promise that every frame is unique to your film.

04 Your photographs and content

You keep ownership of the photographs and any other material you provide. By sending them to us, you grant Luna Luce a licence to store, edit, animate, process with the production tools described in section 03, and otherwise use that material for the sole purpose of producing and delivering your work.

You confirm that you own the material or have the right to use it for this purpose, including any rights held by a photographer, and that our use of it will not infringe anyone's rights or breach any agreement. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions for the property and for any person or brand shown. If your material must not be processed by a provider that may use content to improve its models, tell us before the project begins so we can agree how to proceed. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from material you supply (section 15).

05 Accuracy and publishing

We will not knowingly change a property's structure, layout, permanent fixtures, surroundings or amenities except as a disclosed alteration you have ordered, such as virtual staging, which we label. You remain responsible for how you publish our work, including any disclosure, registration details or other information that the law, a regulator or a listing platform requires where you advertise the property.

06 The film and intellectual property

When your project is paid in full, you receive a licence to use the delivered film to market the property it was made for, across your listings, websites and social channels, without an added fee.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, Luna Luce retains ownership of the underlying project files, templates and techniques used to make the film. We show a client's work in our own portfolio or marketing only with that client's permission.

07 Pricing, offers and payment

Prices are quoted per film and confirmed before work starts. A promotional offer shown on the site applies only on the terms and for the period stated with it. We may change prices and end offers; a change does not affect a project whose price we have already confirmed.

Founding-client offer. Founding clients receive 50% off our regular prices for projects whose price we confirm in writing on or before 30 November 2026, 23:59 UTC. The offer applies automatically, needs no code, and cannot be combined with another discount unless we say so in writing.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, a film is paid in two parts:

• A deposit of 30% of the confirmed price, due before we begin. It confirms your booking and is when we start work on your film.
• The remaining balance of 70%, due once you have reviewed and approved the watermarked preview of your film.

You see and approve the whole film as a watermarked preview before the balance is due, so you never pay in full for a film you have not seen. The final, unwatermarked master is released once the balance is paid.

Prices are quoted in the currency we agree with you and are exclusive of any taxes, duties, or bank and currency-conversion fees, which are your responsibility.

08 Revisions and turnaround

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on the pricing page. A revision is an adjustment to the film we delivered, not a fresh production from a new brief. Changes beyond the included rounds, or a change of direction from the brief we agreed, may be quoted separately.

We work to the timeline agreed for your project. Timelines depend on your photos arriving and on your feedback at each review. We are not responsible for delays caused by late or incomplete material.

09 Cancellations and refunds

Because each film is made to order, refunds follow the stage a project has reached:

• Before we begin. If you cancel after paying the deposit but before we have started production, we refund the deposit in full.
• After we begin. Once we have started production or delivered your watermarked preview, the deposit is non-refundable, as work on your film is already under way. You are under no obligation to pay the balance or to continue, and if you do not, no final film is released.
• After final delivery. Once the final, unwatermarked film has been delivered, the project is complete and the fee is non-refundable, as it is a finished digital product made to order for you.

None of this affects statutory rights that cannot be waived. If something has gone wrong with your film, tell us; we would always rather put it right.

10 Luna Luce Create

Luna Luce Create, a self-service workspace, is in development and is not offered under these terms. Joining its early-access list does not create a contract or guarantee access. If Create launches, it will have its own terms.

11 Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

• use the site or service for anything unlawful, or to submit material you have no right to submit;
• attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• copy, scrape, or reuse the site's content, films, or design without our permission.

12 Third-party services

The site and the service rely on third parties: hosting, a content-delivery network for video, web fonts, a form service that emails your brief to us, our email host, and the AI production tools described in section 03. How they handle data is covered in our privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party site we link to. Product names belong to their owners; Luna Luce is not affiliated with or endorsed by the providers whose tools it uses.

13 Disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take care with our work, we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a film will achieve a particular commercial result such as a sale. Any such warranties are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna Luce is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or service. Our total liability for any claim connected to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Luna Luce harmless against any claim, loss or cost arising from material you supply, from your breach of these terms, or from your use of a film in a way not permitted by these terms.

16 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date it was last updated shown above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Your project is governed by the terms in force when we confirmed it.

17 Governing law

Luna Luce works with clients around the world, but the studio is based in India, so these terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute is subject to the courts with jurisdiction there. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and that cannot be waived.
