AI media and visual accuracy policy

01 Where we use AI

A person reviews every shot and approves every delivery. Nothing is published to a client unseen.

02 What we will never change in a property

Unless a change is ordered as a disclosed alteration (section 04), our films and images do not:

Generated motion may move the camera (a push in, a pan, a slow rise) and may animate light and atmosphere. It may not move the building. We reject any generated clip that does, and we compare candidate clips against the original photographs before they are used.

03 Enhancement

Enhancement makes a photograph read the way the room looks: exposure, colour and white balance, straightened verticals, lens correction, recovered window detail, and removal of temporary clutter on request. Enhancement does not change the property's condition or features.

04 Disclosed alterations

Some services change what a photograph shows. They are only delivered as disclosed alterations:

Off-plan or "construction to complete" visualisations, if we offer them, are labelled as artist's impressions and not as photographs of a finished property.

05 Voices and music

Narration is produced with AI voices from a script the client approves. We do not clone or imitate a real person's voice without that person's written consent. Music is generated under the music provider's terms, and prompts never name real artists, songs or lyrics.

06 When you publish our work

The rules for advertising property differ by place, and the publisher is responsible for following them. Examples include showing a project's real-estate regulator registration details (in India, the RERA registration number and website, and in Kerala a project QR code) and disclosing digitally altered listing images where the law requires it (for example, California's disclosure rule for altered images in force since 1 January 2026). Portals and listing services also have their own rules. Tell us where a film will be used and we will help you prepare compliant versions, including the unaltered originals.

07 Report a concern

If you believe an image or a film we made misrepresents a property, write to hello@lunaluce.studio with the subject "Accuracy concern" and a link or a screenshot. We will review it and, where it is wrong, correct it or ask the publisher to withdraw it.

08 Changes

We will update this policy as the tools and the law change. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date above. How the pipeline works today is described on the technology page.
