01 Getting a film
What do I need to send?
The photographs the listing already has. Sharp, well-lit photos of each room give the best result, and more photos give the film more to work with; our demonstration films were made from 8 to 25 stills. Share them by link (Drive, Dropbox or the listing page) or by email.
Do you need to visit the property or reshoot anything?
No. There is no shoot, no crew and no site visit. Everything is done remotely from your existing photographs.
How long does a film take?
Typically 3–5 days from receiving your photos, depending on the length, the treatment and how quickly feedback comes back. Faster delivery can be quoted for a custom film.
What do I receive?
A finished widescreen film mastered at 1080p, 2K or 4K, and, if you add it, a vertical 9:16 cut for social at 1080p. You first review a watermarked preview of the whole film; the clean master is released when the balance is paid.
What is the difference between Standard and Cinematic?
Standard is composed: your rooms shown clearly, one considered move per photo, with music. Cinematic is directed: colour-graded and cut like a film, with an extra revision included. The pricing page shows the two side by side.
How many revisions are included?
One round with Standard and two with Cinematic. A revision adjusts the delivered film (pacing, music, colour, which shots make the cut); it is not a rebuild from a new brief.
02 Accuracy and AI
Where is AI used in a Luna Luce film?
In planning and generation. Claude Code orchestrates the production, image-to-video models create the motion from each still, and AI voices and music may be used for the sound. A person reviews every shot, makes the cut and approves the delivery. The technology page describes each step.
Will the film show my property accurately?
That is the rule we work to: the camera may move, the building may not. We reject any clip that moves a door or a window, changes a room's shape or adds a feature that is not there. The AI media and visual accuracy policy sets out the full rules.
Can you stage empty rooms or change the sky?
Yes, as separate services, and they are disclosed: virtually staged images are labelled. Some markets require altered listing images to be disclosed with a link to the original, so we supply the originals alongside on request.
Is the voiceover a real person?
No. Voiceovers are produced with AI voices from a script you approve. We do not clone a real person's voice without their written consent.
03 Rights and privacy
Who owns the film?
You keep ownership of your photographs. Once the project is paid in full, you may use the film to market the property it was made for, wherever you list it, at no extra fee. The terms of service have the details.
Will you show my film in your portfolio?
Only with your permission. The films on our showcase today are studio demonstrations made from sample stills, not client commissions.
What happens to my photographs?
They are used only to make your film, processed in the studio's own accounts with the production tools named in the privacy policy, and deleted when you ask. If your material must not be used by a provider to improve its models, tell us before we start.
04 Pricing and payment
How much does a film cost?
Prices are set by treatment, length and resolution. Films start at ₹5,500 in India and $99 elsewhere at founding-client prices. The pricing page has the configurator and the full rate card.
Is there a discount at the moment?
Yes. Founding clients get 50% off every film through 30 November 2026, 23:59 UTC. It applies automatically, needs no code, and ends on that date.
Not at the moment. The pricing page always shows the current price.
How do I pay?
A 30% deposit books the work. The 70% balance is due after you approve the watermarked preview, so you never pay in full for a film you have not seen. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
Do you work with agencies and developers on many listings?
Yes. For batches we quote around your volume, with one point of contact and one monthly invoice. Ask for a batch quote on the pricing page.
05 Luna Luce Create
Can I make a film myself on the site?
Not yet. Luna Luce Create, a self-service workspace, is in development. Today every film is made by the studio.
When will Luna Luce Create launch?
There is no launch date. Join the early-access list on the Create page and we will write when there is something real to try.
06 The studio

In Kerala, India. The studio works remotely with clients anywhere.

Luna Luce was founded by Arjun Vinod, its proprietor, with co-founder Aswin Vinod. Arjun directs and reviews every film.
What kind of business is Luna Luce?
