01 · The planned workflow

Eight steps, and you approve every one.

The same pipeline the Studio runs by hand today, turned into a workspace. Step through the concept.

Start a project, add the photos

Create a property project and add the listing photographs you already have. Create checks each one for size and sharpness before anything else happens.

Step 02 of 08

Choose the treatment

Pick Standard or Cinematic, the frame (widescreen or vertical), the length, and a visual direction in your own words.

Step 03 of 08

Review the shot plan

Claude drafts the plan: the order of the scenes, a camera move and timing for each photo, matched to your treatment. Reorder, retime or rewrite anything before a single clip is made.

Step 04 of 08

Generate the shots, with the cost in view

Each approved photo is sent for image-to-video generation through Higgsfield. You see the estimated cost before anything runs, and nothing runs without your approval.

Step 05 of 08

Accept, reject, retake

Preview every candidate clip against the original photo. Keep the one that moves the camera and leaves the building alone; reject the rest, or ask for another take.

Choose the voice and the music

Approve a narration script, pick an AI voice and a music direction through ElevenLabs, or keep it to music alone.

Step 07 of 08

Shape the timeline

Arrange the accepted shots, set their timing and transitions, place the voice and the music, and add your branding at the end.

Review and export

Watch the cut, request changes, then export the film and any vertical social cuts, ready for portals and feeds.

02 · Principles

Software that keeps a person in the chair.

You approve the spend
Every paid generation is estimated first and runs only when you approve it, inside a budget you set.
You approve each shot
No clip reaches the timeline without your accept. Reject anything that misrepresents the home.
The property stays true
The same rules as the Studio: the camera may move, the building may not. See the accuracy policy.
Private by default
Projects and photos will be private to your account, uploaded through signed, expiring links, and deleted on request.
Voices with consent
AI narration voices only; no real person's voice is cloned without their written consent.

03 · Planned build

Be first to try it.

Leave your email and we will write when there is something real to try. One email when that happens, no newsletter, and no launch date promised.

Straight answers.

Can I use Create today?

No. It is in development and there is nothing to sign in to. Every film today is made by the Studio.

When will it launch?

There is no launch date. The next milestone is a prototype with mocked generation; we will write to the early-access list when there is something real to try.

What will it cost?

Pricing is not set. Generation has real costs, so the plan is a visible estimate before every paid step rather than a surprise at the end.
